What usually goes first
The order is normally this: the battery loses capacity, then the wheels and turbine start getting loud, then the brush gearbox gives up. The chassis outlives all of it.

If you cannot tell which assembly is making the noise, bring the robot in and we will open it up. We can do the repair, or you can buy the part and fit it yourself.
