Is it really the battery
Dirty dock contacts produce the same symptoms — the robot simply never charges to full. That is quicker and cheaper to check than swapping a pack.
Fitment
Voltage, capacity, connector and case dimensions all matter. A pack from a neighbouring model can look right and still not physically fit, so we match it to yours.
