Water pump
The water pump moves water from the tank to the mop. A diaphragm pump fails quietly: first the feed gets uneven, then the floor stays dry with a full tank.

Check before replacing
A blocked line or a stuck valve gives exactly the same symptoms as a dead pump and costs far less. If the pump clicks but no water arrives, it is almost certainly a blockage.
Fitting
The pump sits inside and you reach it through the underside with ribbon cables off. Doable at home with care — or bring it to us.
